We have run many successful Yoga weekends and retreats in Mallorca. This year marks our 15th anniversary, and our 10th year at this wonderful spot in Spain.

Weekend Yoga Retreats.

Relax and let go at this stunning mountain top monastery on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Mallorca. Retresalute to the sun (2)at from the hustle and bustle and nurture your body and mind.

This is a unique experience, to stay in a working monastery, to withdraw from the world for a few days, whilst practising your yoga with the support of our teachers. The monastery, a quiet sanctuary with spectacular views, provides delicious, homemade, Mallorcan vegetarian food, single or twin rooms, studio space for yoga classes, and a terrace where sun salutation can be practiced at dawn.

Each day we offer a selection of yoga classes that are suitable for all levels of experience, consisting of asana, pranayama (breath control), relaxation and meditation, to give your body the stretch it needs to revitalise, and the opportunity to relax and help you unwind from the world.

The price includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, some refreshments, accommodation, and all yoga classes. There will be free time to enjoy invigorating mountain walks, visit the local village, or just enjoy the silence, beauty and stunning views of Sant honorat.

Pure Energy Yoga is affiliated with The Yoga Club, which is a social enterprise in the making.

The Tutors

Jan Lacey BWY Dip
Jan is a qualified and experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher, she believes that the practice of “Yoga” enriches the lives, of those who practise. Her teaching has evolved over many years, she has gained an insight into the human body as a functioning, ever changing miracle, which unfolds daily as one progresses.yoga_class_randa

Gail Chandler BWY Dip TM dip. C&G dip. TFH Kinisiology instructor.
Gail teaches yoga to meet the needs of each individual on their own personal
journey and continues to study in order to give students the best guidance
possible on their yoga paths.

Suzanne Lacey
Suzanne trained as a classical and contemporary ballet dancer at the Ballet Rambert Academy in London and has been practicing yoga since childhood. She has been teaching yoga for two years. Her lessons incorporate a mixture of styles combining Vinyasa Flow and traditional Hatha yoga. She also runs workshops combing yoga and dance to create a unique yoga dance experience.
